Welcome to our site! This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user(s) of the site (referred to as “you”, “your” or “User” hereinafter) and wigfever.com -- owner of the site www.wigfever.com.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Texture Disclaimer

Virgin human hair is distinct, and which is cut from different donors, so not two heads of hair are exactly alike. Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of our textures.

When you place an order with us you will notice that there will be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. This is not avoidable nor should it be. It is part of the fun of buying and wearing premium quality virgin hair. Our hair is beautiful and unique, just like you!

Order Acceptance  

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Wigfever reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.  

Payment Terms

All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. We have zero tolerance for Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact you promptly after your order has been placed. This may delay the shipping of your order!!

Please be noted: Once payment is made there are no cancellations of order!!!


We do worldwide shipping. Hair in stock will be sent within 24 hours, others will be sent within 7 working days.

Normally goods will be delivered within 15 working days after the hair been sent out.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. 

All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. Wigfever cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

Return Of Products

We do have 15 days return policy if the hair is original (no wash, no use).

Please contact our customer service getting the returned address, after sending the hair out, do not forget updating us the tracking number, so that we can keep tracking the package status.

Full refund will be pocessed once received the returned hair. Payment will be returned to your original payment method.


All Requests must be made within 7 business days of receipt of product(s). Any exchange request after 7 days will not be honored.

We will not accept any goods which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, curled, cut, or washed).

Size the wrong items and quality problem items can be exchanged. Customers returning goods are responsible for freight charges.

Payment of PayPal:

1. Payment will be processed directly if clients already have one paypal account.

2.For clients don't have one PayPal account and wanna try this, we suggest you can register first.

Note: Choose the PayPal payment, you can choose your country currency, we accept all the currency.

Payment Of Credit Card:

1.When clicking MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, American Express, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, please choose the payment method again, and fill in your card information to complete the payment.

2. When clicking the PayPal&Credit, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, one is PayPal payment, the other one is Pay with Debit or Credit Card payment. Choose one to complete the payment.   Note: Your credit card will be charged up on placement of your order.

Pay Attention: Please don’t use “e-check” payment, this payment states is "uncleared" and shipment will be arranged until the states change to "cleared", it may need quite a few days processing. We will check our PayPal account, once confirmed payment received, we will arrange the shipping asap. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping.

Entire Agreement

Our Company shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations resulting directly or indirectly from or contributed to by acts of God; acts of Buyer, civil or military authority, including wage and price controls; fires; war; riot; delays in transportation; lack of or inability to obtain raw materials (including energy sources), components, labor, fuel or supplies; or other circumstances beyond Our Company's reasonable control, whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing. 

We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time. Any updates to this Agreement shall be communicated to you. You acknowledge your responsibility to review this Agreement from time to time and to be aware of any such changes. By continuing to participate in the Program after any such changes, you accept this Agreement, as modified.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HONGKONG.
