Our Return Policy

  • We do accept 15 days No Reason Returns since the hair been delivered.
  • All returns must first be approved by our customer service team, please contact our customer service first.
  • All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused, unwashed, with original tags.
  • Full refund will be released within 72 hours after we've got the returned orginal hair.
  • When returning back the items, please DO NOT send the hair to the address which same as the shipping labels,  DO the address what our customer service sent by email.
  • Please kindly note, Customized products do not accept returns.

Exchange Policy

  • We allow one free exchange for all US orders on all eligible products within 15 days from the date the order is delivered. Please see our return policy above for eligible products criteria.
  • Please contact our customer service if you would like to make an exchange on your order.
  • If the exchange item(s) costs more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the price difference for the additional amount. Any exchange balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Your exchange can only be processed after we have received your return.

 

Cancel The Order

  • You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours after paying.
  • Once your order has been shipped and already on the way to you, it cannot be canceled. But you can contact us once you have got the hair and returned it back to us get a refund.
